By downloading, installing, or using AI Trading Terminal ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.2. Description of Service
AI Trading Terminal uses artificial intelligence to analyze trading chart images you provide and returns technical analysis such as signals, support and resistance levels, suggested trade setups, and detected patterns. The App is provided "AS IS" for informational and educational purposes only.3. Not Financial Advice
The analyses, signals, prices, and any other output produced by the App are generated by artificial intelligence and are NOT financial, investment, accounting, legal, or tax advice. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. Trading and investing carry substantial risk, including the loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. You should consult a qualified, licensed professional before making any financial decisions. The developer is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer.4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, "AI Trading Terminal Pro", with the following options:- Weekly — Billed weekly at the price displayed in the App.
- Annual — Billed yearly at the price displayed in the App.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.5. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.6. User Content and Conduct
You are responsible for the images you upload to the App. You must own or have the rights to any images you submit. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to upload content that infringes the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or impair the App.7. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, code, and trademarks in the App are owned by the developer or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sub-license, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis is accurate, complete, or profitable.9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost profits, trading losses, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.10. Changes to These Terms
The developer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.11. Contact
