This privacy policy applies to the AI Trading Terminal app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Sukhtumur Narantuya (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). AI Trading Terminal uses artificial intelligence to analyze trading chart images that you provide and returns technical analysis for informational purposes only. The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
- The operating system and device model you use
- The time and date of your use of the Application
- Diagnostic and crash information used to improve the Application
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.Images You Provide
The core function of the Application is to analyze trading chart images. With your permission, the Application accesses your device camera and/or photo library so that you can capture or select chart images. These images are uploaded to the Service Provider's backend and forwarded to a third-party artificial intelligence provider solely to generate the requested analysis.Images are processed transiently for the purpose of producing your analysis and are not used to identify you. The Service Provider does not sell your images. The text results of an analysis (such as signals, price levels, patterns, and summaries) are stored locally on your device so you can review your history; this history never leaves your device unless you choose to share it, and it is removed when you clear your history or uninstall the Application.Subscriptions and Payments
The Application offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("AI Trading Terminal Pro"). Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID; the Service Provider does not receive or store your payment card details. Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat, which processes a randomly generated app user identifier and purchase information on the Service Provider's behalf to determine your entitlement.Third Party Access and Services
The Application relies on third-party services that may receive information used to operate and improve it. These include:- Supabase — backend infrastructure that receives your chart images and request data to perform the analysis.
- OpenRouter and the underlying AI model provider — receive your chart images to generate the analysis output.
- RevenueCat — manages subscription entitlements and purchase status.
- Apple — processes in-app purchases and subscription billing.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Not Financial Advice
The analysis produced by the Application is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading involves substantial risk, and you are solely responsible for any decisions you make. The Service Provider is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Application.Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.Data Retention Policy
Analysis history is stored locally on your device and is retained until you clear it or uninstall the Application. Chart images are processed transiently to generate your analysis and are not retained for profiling purposes. If you would like the Service Provider to delete any data you have provided, please contact them at haruschatten@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (haruschatten@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
